30-day return policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to return
- Email us at velourrituals@gmail.com with your order number
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back in its original condition
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at velourrituals@gmail.com. We will send a replacement at no cost.
